A: Product typically consists of Overstock, Deadstock, Shelf pulls, Box Damage, Mis-shipped/Non-Deliverable Address, Online Returns, and In-store Returns from everything from leading online retailers and Big Box stores to grocery outlets.

Q: How do "Feature Pallets" operate?
A: Simply pay the small fee of $4.99 for a 24-hour posting, Posting will be displayed on the Pallet Pal homepage as well as the Consumers dashboard. Only 6 "Feature Pallets" will be posted in a 24-hour period. "Feature Pallet" postings must include 4 pictures of the pallet being featured, along with a description.
Q: Where do you ship to? What are shipping options?
A: Shipping is the sole responsibility of the seller and is at their discretion. Not all liquidators will offer shipping. Please check the sellers "shipping" tab under their profile to help determine if a specific liquidator offers shipping or contact them through "DM" to inquire and obtain a quote.
